Hill Hounds is run by a small group of volunteer dog owners in Capitol Hill and we always need more people to help!

Currently, our main project is running Kingsman Field Dog Park.

We need volunteers to help with the maintenance of the park. Our maintenance responsibilities include:

• monitor the community bulletin board daily
• buy and replace trash bags for the dog poop trash can(s) and dog poop bags
• hose down the surface of the dog park with sanitary spray at least once a week between October and May and twice per week between June and September
• rake the surface of the park at least once a month
• hold a dog park clean up day every three months

We also need volunteers who are interested fundraising for Hill Hounds. Money donated to Hill Hounds goes to supplies for the park and also basic operating costs, like this website.
